Dr. Laura Basco Carrera Appointed Advisor to the Board of Directors of Beyond Climate Collaborative
Carrera Global Solutions is pleased to announce that Dr. Laura Basco Carrera has been appointed as an Advisor to Beyond Climate Collaborative (BCC), an international non-governmental organization working at the intersections of climate change, climate mobility, migration, displacement, environmental justice and social equity.
Beyond Climate Collaborative supports emerging leaders through innovative educational programmes, knowledge exchange initiatives, collaborative projects, and global networks that foster dialogue and action on climate mobility and environmental justice. Its flagship initiatives include the International School on Climate Mobilities and the Climate Mobility Justice Academy, which bring together researchers, practitioners, advocates, and community leaders from around the world.
In her advisory role, Dr. Laura Basco Carrera will provide strategic guidance and technical expertise to support the organization’s continued growth and impact. Her contributions will focus on programme development, strategic partnerships, stakeholder engagement, fundraising, and knowledge exchange, drawing on her experience in climate mobility, resilience, adaptation, sustainable development, and international cooperation.
